But I just see these situations nearly weekly when I take my three wee ones out to "socialize." It's heartbreaking to hear my daughter called "looser" (just last week at the pool) or told "um, we're not playing with YOU!" while the little 7 and 8-year-olds run away from them (my 1, 3, and 5 year olds).<br /><br />Your mother interplay was hilarious. It so seems like moms are performing for one another...watching each other's cues and defending the other child, first.
